6 banana’s mashed
4 cups rolled oats
3/4 cup ground flax
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
3/4 cup sunflower seed butter (can use peanut butter or almond butter)
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 a bag of chocolate chips (that I chopped up smaller to go further).
Mix it all up. I baked it at 350 until brown. When you scoop it on the pan, you have to smash it because it won’t flatten or rise during cooking.
