The boy, my 18 year old son, says that he prefers the batch that was baked with the egg replacer.
That particular batch did not rise and came out the thickness of flatbread. He said that the successful batch felt like too much bread for his sandwich.
The precious pumpkins also tasted the flat batch and preferred it.
